A baseline privacy summary for the current Deflows product experience.
What we collect
We collect account information you provide, operational usage information, and limited analytics needed to run and improve Deflows.
Product data handling
Flow files are primarily processed in the browser. Deflows is designed around structural metadata and product functionality rather than raw business data.
Cookies and analytics
Deflows sets cookies for authentication and for the upload limits that apply before you sign in. Analytics runs on PostHog (hosted in the EU) and Vercel Analytics; both are configured without cookies, so no analytics identifier is stored on your device.
Marketing pages also record an anonymised session replay. It is switched off on the workspace at /app and on the /login, /signup, /account, and /auth pages. Everything typed into a form is masked before recording, so flow contents and credentials are never captured. You can turn analytics off on the Cookie Policy page, which also lists every cookie by name.
